Scientific Terminology RUBRIC
Please be neat with your work.You will have a choice of how you wish to define your scientific terms. These words are very important to you and will be on tests and quizzes. Here are some fun ways to get the necessary work done. These will be scored on a RUBRIC. Pick the level that you wish to achieve. Do ALL terms and put your name on your work.

DEFINITIONS
Look up each word and write it down. High light it. Tell what the term means right next to that word. Do all terms.
Be sure to put your name on it.

This is the most difficult level. Create a crossword puzzle.

Make a deck of flash cards that will help
you study them with a study buddy.

For Spelling and Penmanship, write each word in
cursive 5X each with an INK pen on white
notebook paper. Any INK color will do.

For Spelling, Grammar, Mechanics and Penmanship, write/type EACH
word in its own sentence that CLEARLY shows the words meaning used correctly.
HIGHLIGHT the word in that sentence.
Example: Dog: A DOG came into the backyard to bury its masters slipper.
You may use your computer!
For Spelling, take an oral spelling test of your terms with
Mz. Marcotte during RECESS.
And Remember, hand written DRAFTS count for extra credit!
